so i won  a brand new xbox 360 slim with the 4 GB hd  price 199.99,   i already have a xbox 360.

this xbox has the future shop sticker still on it and is unopened, can i return this to futureshop with out a recipt? or should i just go try to return it to (competitor)? cause they will take anything back.

Unfortunately Futureshop does require a receipt to take a return.  Usually prizes won like that are non-returnable.

Just to add on to Robert's post, if it was won through a sponsored contest, such as the Princess Margaret Lottery, it cannot be returned.
