Hi, I bought a nintendo dsi xl the day it came out and I saw this week's flyer which has a new deal (you get gta chinatown wars free with a dsi xl). My question is can I just bring in my dsi xl with the box, papers and the accessories that came with it and just ask for the game since I already paid full price for the system? I know I could easily just return it then buy one again but would I be able to just simply bring it in to customer service and get the game?

**Sorry to complicate things but I also lost the receipt. However, I will be taking it back to the same location I bought it from.

Typically items are not returned or exchanged without a receipt due to not being able to know when it was purchased.  Your case is a special one, as it couldn't have been bought at an earlier date, so you may be able to have it done.

If you are able to get a return or exchange, then you would qualify for a price match on the product, which means you should be able to just get the additional game(s) and/or accessories(as long as they're not bundled in the box from the manufacturer).
