Hey I feel sorry for you. I still haven't received mine, but look at the the last post of the 2nd page in this thread. Apparently we're supposed to receive them between 2nd and 9th december. Hopefully this is true.
I'm having more important issue right now though, I'm on the verge of *not* having a rebate I was sent by the mail honored <.<
I contacted support last saturday and I still haven't heard from them yet ![]()

After sending an email to customer service, on November 22nd I was told:
"Sorry we had a couple of issues with regards to these orders. All orders for the game had the steel books cancelled off as a result in a delay in receiving the promotional item from the manufacturer. There is no concrete ETA for the steel books shipment. Once received we will up-date you. Any order that had a steel book on it will receive one separately."
I have not yet received any updates. Is this because there is still no new information?

Hey what happens when the customer service is just flat out unresponsive? I've sent multiple inquiries since saturday and nothing so far, except my credit card being authorized the full amount for my order...
I think I need to explain myself. Because I complained, I was offered a very small certificate. I placed an order online and used the cert, but at checkout said I'd pick up the order instore.
At store they couldn't honor the certificate since it only works online, like for shipping. (Thanks, now I just paid it / wasted it off in gas and time anyway, there goes the cert).
Friday night I managed to have a response telling me to place a new order and write to them back so they could put the cert on my order themselves. I did all that and ever since saturday I sent multiple inquiries asking for a confirmation but nothing.
Now my credit card was authorized for the full amount of the order
no certificate applied.
Maybe a mod can magically tell their customer service to answer my emails? Because they aren't, and I'm just not sure where else to go.
