I added the pre order to my cart but the steelbook is not there, have they sold out? This is the only reason I am going to buy the product.

Trying to get the SteelBook online seems to have been a waste of time and effort for many. If you can get to a store early tomorrow, you'll probably be better off. In stores, it's first-come, first-serve, whether you pre-ordered or not (but I'd still recommend trying to get a pre-order in today), so get there early.

By a waste of time and effort, do you mean that the shipment was cancelled? My shipment was cancelled much to my dismay, and I was wondering if that had happened to anybody else

I was outraged to find that no stores received the SteelBooks.  What a waste of time.  I could have got the game at midnight last night, but I purposefully delayed buying it so that I'd get the SteelBook.  Even IF the stores get them (that's what the guy at mine said, "IF"), I still have to go all the way back there to pick it up.  Thankfully, a competent CSS was on the scene to start a list of customer who want them, and even gave me a raincheck, so that they'll contact me "IF" they come in.

Serious ball drop, FutureShop.  Why advertise something if you're not going to have it in stores?

I recently looked at my order status and it says 'cancelled' for the steelbooks and I didn't get no notice. Are these even in circulation?

Same story here buddy. No steelbook. God knows if we will get them or not.

My store recieved them today. We issued the first 10 customers rainchecks so they were guaranteed a copy of the steelbook when we would have it delivered.

Most stores should hopefully recieve them from Today- Weds hopefully. The Holiday season causes hectic delivery times so it varies. Also, keep in mind, FS doesn't make the steelbook. It was obviously a delivery issue possibly involving border issues or who really knows? But, all stores will get them sooner or later.

Just received an email from my boss (I work in the online store) stating that the steelbooks will be shipped seperately.  There was an issue with the Game Publisher and they wanted to make sure customers didn't have to wait for their actual games.  Expect another delivery.

Well I'm glad future shop was nice enough to let people know what is going on instead of just changing the steelbook status to "shipment cancelled"... oh wait...
