If you are asking about futureshop credit card, you could to call the 1-800 number located at the back of your card to request for the balance.

If you have the old card host by HSBC (if your card number begins with 85.....), you can apply for an online access here:

http://www.fs.service.hsbcretailservices.ca/ecare/loginform

If you have the new card host by chase (if your card number begins with 5028....), you can apply for an online access here:

https://www.chase.com/online/canada/canada-home-en.htm

Is your card from HSBC or Chase? If you have problems during login, it's best for you to contact the number located at the back of your card for customer support.
