Yes. My item has been in my city on Dec29. Today I still haven't received it. I contact the future shop and canada post. They just asked me to wait.

Not boxing day for me. I ordered Jan 5th and both FS and Canada Post said expected delivery on the 6th. Its still stuck in Mississauga which is 40-45 min away.

Opened an online ticket with CP. Also wondering, is there full insurance on stuff that FS free ships or will I be ripped and stuck with the CP limit of $100 if my item never appears?

I'm not sure, but I would imagine it depends on the type of shipping you chose, if anything.

Regardless, I don't believe it would apply in this case, unless Canada Post has actually lost or damaged your item. It being stuck in-transit in Mississauga likely wouldn't qualify you for any insurance coverage.

FS told me If I haven't received my item on Jan12th, I should contact them. If that happens, can I choose to pick up one in store. Because I will leave canada in a couple of days.

This is wrong... I didn't recieve anything yesterday morning.
EDIT: I've calle Canada Post and they would not start an investigation unless Futureshop tells them to do so. Juice0904, or any other admin, could you advise on this?
