Big Issue. Please help.

Hello, I purchased a copy of Starcraft II today from my local Future Shop. I opened it when I got home and discovered that the CD, CD key and the CD case was stolen from the box. I cannot register my account without my CD key, which effectively leaves me screwed. What are my options here? Will Future Shop help me out or did I just throw away 60 bucks?

If the store is still open, you should call them immediately and report it, then ask if you can have an exchange.

The store is closed right now, I will do that tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to help this situation?

Hi There,
Sorry for your experience - you should definitely be able to go back to the store and receive an exchange. Just explain what happened and ask for the store manager if necessary.
