Can I change shipping methods after placing an order?

I recently placed an order for a laptop for my first year in university, however I was reluctant to check the shipping date. By the time I realized that the laptop would not arrive for at least 2 weeks after class starts it was too late. Is there a way to change the shipping method, or is it too late? I don't mind the extra charge if there is any.

I would suggest calling in to customer service to see if they can modify the shipping method.

 

Alternatively, you could just cancel the order and go in-store, if it is not too late to cancel.

As long as the item is still available in-store at your local FS, you could place a new order and set it to in-store pickup. Afterwards, cancel the previous order via "order status" or call the online customer care at 1-800-663-2275. This method should be the simplest :smileyhappy:

The item I ordered is only avaliable online, it is currently selected as ground shipping, I would like to change it to air shipping.

In that case, you can contact customer care and see if that option is still available for you. Otherwise, you'll have to place a new order and cancel the previous one.
