Morning,

It seems like most of the posts on here are regarding poor customer service. I know from experience that when working with the public you usually get 20 complaints for every compliment, so I'd like to make sure the individual who helped me during my recent purchase is commended. This person, working at the Windsor, Ontario location, went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and that it got to me as soon as possible. She went above and beyond and really helped me out, as it was looking like I wasn't going to be able to get the exact product I wanted.

I assume you guys don't want employee names posted on here, but if you point me in the right direction I'd really like to make sure that this individual is properly rewarded for her hard work and dedication.

Thanks to this, I'll be coming to Future Shop as a first stop in the future, knowing that this kind of customer service is what I'll get.

Make sure you stick around the forum too! There's a ton of awesome people here who will be able to help you out for future purchases, and who kows, you might even be able to return the favour to someone else who is in need!

Glad you had a good experience We don't normally get too many posts about the good things that Future Shop employees do.
