I placed an order on Dec 25 around 7pm for an Xbox with Kinect. I have received the order confirmation, and the FS website shows that the order is scheduled for ground delivery between 12/29 and 01/11/2012.
I haven't received a shipping notification, or a tracking number. Is this typical?
