Dish Washer

I bought a dishwasher on the boxing day sale, but when I opened the package, I discovered that a few essential parts were missing, like the connectors that attach to the pipes, etc. I had to go out and buy the missing parts myself.

Also, the dishwasher tube had water in it, though it is supposedly "new". I know that the machine is new, however, I believe that one of the tubes were used or tried out before.

Re: Dish Washer

The elbow brackets for Whirlpool, Maytag & Kitchenaid (and that family - Inglis, Amanada, etc) dishwashers do not come with the elbow brackets anymore. Your Product Expert should have known this and gone over it with you. He or she may not have known about this because most customers use their old brackets for the installation and don't talk about it.

Secondly, dishwashers are generally tested in the factory before they get packed up. It is normal and expected for water to remain inside them for months or even a year after they are made.

Sorry for the late reply, I just wanted to clear some things up for the community as well.
