I just wanted to say shopping online with Futureshop Online has been a extremely dissappointing experience. Next time, I will just go to the local Futureshop or better yet else where!
I managed to buy a nice bose docking station during the holidays and was expecting it would arrive before New Years. It has now been 4 weeks since my credit card was charged when it shipped which was before xmas. The frustrating part is that I had to do the run around to find out what was going with the product I ordered from your site. No one called me back after I called twice to figure out hey its been 4 weeks and you have lots in stock, but for some reason no one knows where mine is... Now I find out it was sitting in a wareshouse collecting dust so you decided to send it back to futureshop and give me my money back. That's great but you failed to figure out I still want product I ordered!!!!! Did, I tell you to cancel my order, uhm no!!! But thanks for succeeding in providing a **bleep** customer experience
I rate you 5 out of 5 for that one guys! And offering to honor the original price I bought it at after I never asked you to return the product really. I think thats freaken implied and your doing nothing for me! After all the headache I went through to find out what was going on with my order. I think you could do better than that!
