Do not buy off web store

Let me start off by saying, I know ultimately no one there cares about my dissatisfaction. Your company obviously suffers from "the success syndrome", another patsy around the corner. But I am so angry I am letting you know anyway. I ordered this canon camera package of the web during a web sale. I received it in record time and was thoroughly surprised until I opened it. The bundled package was missing the additional lens. No big deal I thought I will simply call. As the packing slip CLEARLY SHOWED That 3 item were put in the box, AND THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMED EMAIL SHOWS THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 4!  Well 3 calls and 3 hours later  I was faced with , Waiting 3 days for an emailed return slip Returning the whole package and waiting 10 days for a credit. ($661.00) Reordering the whole package at regular price ($995.00 before tax) Having my credit card charged for this amount. Then I get to call customer service again and after being put on hold for probably another hour or so, they would put a credit through on my credit card.within 10-14 days. First off this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter on Thursday. I was so excited about it.  Second I don't know abut everyone else but I CA NOT AFFORD TO HAVE $1700.00 tied up waiting for credits on my credit card. I discovered that the people who should listen to my complaints since they are executives, have no access to them. Instead I am routed to a person who probably makes minimum wage and tells me there is nothing she can do. I am not pleased with the way this transaction works, and should have the right to be told exactly why I can not just take all the items back to a store and have the problem fixed. Shame on you for treating your money spending customers this way

if ur local store has it exchanging it there they should beable to do it on the spot

I don't know i tired calling the store and was told just what the Customer service desk said , you can not return or exchange any item purchase through the web store to a retail store. Said they would not accept it.

How do I exchange or return product I bought online?

There are two ways to return or exchange a product purchased online.

1) In-store 
You can return an online purchase in-store. For Account Holders, simply print out your PDF invoice, which is found after logging into your account on the My Orders page. Guest users can also find their invoice on the My Orders page after providing some basic information including your order number, name, and billing postal code.

With your invoice and item you wish to return or exchange, visit the store and speak with an associate at the customer service desk.

Products that are available online only can also be returned to any Future Shop store with presentation of the invoice. You’ll be refunded the unit price of the item, minus the shipping cost. If the item was defective and we can’t replace it, we will also refund the shipping cost.

Are you absolutely sure?
I spent an awful long time on the phone last night with both the customer service desk and the store in my area and they both said I could not do that. If I am really able to I would be a lot happier person.
Question how are you an "expert"? ( not being rude)
