How do I exchange or return product I bought online?
There are two ways to return or exchange a product purchased online.
You can return an online purchase in-store. For Account Holders, simply print out your PDF invoice, which is found after logging into your account on the My Orders page. Guest users can also find their invoice on the My Orders page after providing some basic information including your order number, name, and billing postal code.
With your invoice and item you wish to return or exchange, visit the store and speak with an associate at the customer service desk.
Products that are available online only can also be returned to any Future Shop store with presentation of the invoice. You’ll be refunded the unit price of the item, minus the shipping cost. If the item was defective and we can’t replace it, we will also refund the shipping cost.

I spent an awful long time on the phone last night with both the customer service desk and the store in my area and they both said I could not do that. If I am really able to I would be a lot happier person.
Question how are you an "expert"? ( not being rude)
