Use the tracking information provided by the carrier in your order details or the shipping notification email you received.
Before placing your order:
Check the delivery estimate information on product pages or in your cart. The expected delivery date is carefully calculated but is not a promise or guarantee. If no estimate is available, check the tables below for delivery estimates to various major cities. If you’re located near one of these cities, you should expect similar times.
Please note that Free Shipping is not available to areas with the following FSAs (forward sortation areas - first half of Canadian postal codes):
J0M - Chisasibi area, QC
X0A - Iqaluit, NT
X0B - Cambridge Bay area, NU
X0C - Rankin Inlet area, NU
X0E - Hay River area, NT
X0G - Fort Liard, NT
Y0A - Watson Lake area, YT
Y0B - Dawson, YT
Free Shipping is also unavailable for:
Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
