There is no "cancel order" button to click on.

If the order has already been processed, it is not possible to cancel the order as it is already preparing to ship to you. Processing time can be as fairly quick as it simply involves ensuring your payment is processed and confirming that the stock is available within the system. Orders can be cancelled while they are processing, but cannot be cancelled after the order processing has been completed.
In the future, you can also contact Future Shop's Customer Service by calling 1-800-663-2275.
I hope this helps you understand the process. And if your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item(s), you can simply return those item(s) to your local Future Shop. If you do not have a Future Shop nearby, contact Future Shop's Customer Service for further assistance on how to proceed.
