if they dont call you most likely didnt fit there requirements or the position was filled. it might take a while if you do the online interview it might take a while for a call back (4 weeks for me.)

Good to know I meet the ideal age minimum of 15, but can I work in Communications? Cameras I can handle easy, but cell phones I've heard you have to be 18 because of contract signing. (Even though you're not signing one, the customer is..) Could I work there at all or could I just not have people sign contracts? (Stick to prepaid or something)

some jobs require you to have completed high school look at the requirements on this site in the careers but im pretty sure this job you to be 18+ but i really dont know futureshops standards on this job so apply online for the communcations jobs and if you get a call they would make exceptions.

You can work in communications if you're under 18. At least in Oshawa you're able to.

Okay I applied in November, got a voice message early December, but Bell deleted my voicemail after 5 days so I lost the number I was to call.. what now? I suppose I should call the "hiring captain" but I haven't a clue who they are..

Maybe just call the store itself, and then ask them for the number or to redirect you to the hiring captian?

                  As I was filling in my "online interview" I came across a section stating that all prospect employees must be able to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Does this mean that I, being a 16 year old High School student would be void of being hired because of not being able to work during the day (school hours).  I also was wondering if it would make it harder to get a job here as it is my first job application, with no previous experience in a retail environment.

a.) I can't work during the day due to school.

b.) This being my first job, and only being 16 without any previous experience in a retail environment.
