Not sure who Aaron is All I see is a Black Box when I right click on it. I see which version of adobe flash I have but no video is playing. I am using chrome 21 the latest version

I think I know who Aaron is but I don't see him anymore. Adobe Flash has turned into trash its constantly not working for me and causing browsers to crash. Firefox and Chrome.

I have no problems with flash, are you using the latest version of adobe flash?

Of Course I have the latest version. Last night I went to Adobe.com then download and went to their adobe flash download page. It wouldn't allow me to download flash inside chrome it said chrome automatically downloads the latest version of flash. so I downloaded flash using firefox. On other websites I can watch flash videos I can watch flash videos on youtube. I can watch videos on Futureshop. but the guy who is in the window when you ask a question he doesn't show up.

What webpage are people looking at to see a black box?  Just went to the home page and all I see are advertisements.  No Aaron.

Under the expert advice link at the top.  I saw him the other day but I just checked again now and I too only see a black box on FF, Chrome, and IE.  Must be an issue on futureshops end
