Does anyone know or have experience, if I decide to order a game/ collectors edition/ package, etc. from futureshop.ca and the package gets lost during shipping (has happened to my friend before), will futureshop replace it? or what will futureshop do?

I believe most packages shipped by Future Shop will be covered for $100 worth of insurance, as that is what Canada Post offers.
However, I have probably placed close to 50 orders from Future Shop over the last three years, and have yet to lose even one package.
I would not worry about it. Future Shop probably has a policy to cover lost packages, but I don't believe this happens very often at all.
