It seems like FutureShop won't be price matching any items that are labelled "limited quantity" in competitors' ads.

I bought a TV from FutureShop on Boxing Day for $999.99 but the very next day I see ads from a couple of competitors for $899.99 and $897.74. I am contemplating returning my TV and get one from one of these stores, but I want to make sure that I don't have any other option before I do this.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried contacting our customer service department via email at service@futureshop.com or by phone 1-800-663-2275? They may be able to help you out.

Yes, I have tried contacting customer service department via e-mail, but I have yet to receive a reply. I have also tried contacting them by phone but I was redirected a number of times to a number that didn't exist (at least it sounded like it to me) after navigating the menus. I will try calling again today.

I called Customer Service and they said they couldn't do the price match either, citing similar reasons. I guess I will have to return it, but thanks for your suggestion, Rhombus.
