Hi
I've recently had to change my credit card number - my monthly insurance (PSP) plan goes out there monthly.
Could anyone let me know who this insurance is even with? I can't find that info anywhere and have forgotten who its with.
I just need to call and let them know the new number before they start sending me nasty letters like they did when they FORGOT to start charging me.

No help at all on the Customer Service line
The man who talked to me, possibly the WORST customer service rep ever finally sent me to a 1-877 number
Called the number, its out of service and gave me another number
Called that - sent to some company I've never heard of, that wanted to know about my bank account - which I don't have.
All i want to do, is change my credit card details for the PSP i should never have bought in the first place!
I want to know, who is taking my money every month and why isn't it Future Shop directly, instead of some weird financial company that I can't even find out the details to.

Got an email back from a customer service rep within minutes after I emailed. Sent the correct number and all the prompts i had to hit
Sorted out now

This is because Futureshop is not a financing company. All retailers who offer financing or credit of any kind use a third party to do the actual financing.
