Hi, I'm actually doing a computer project and is basing it on futureshop.
I have been trying to find information regarding futureshop but have not succeeded in finding the information i need.
I was wondering if anyone know:
what hardware/software and OS futureshop use?
what virus protection system they use
the type of database system
types of network communication
how they got involve with e commerce
how customer support system provide client satisfaction either on site, online support or with other communication sources to grow more business.
