I was wondering how I would apply it to an online order?  Do I have to pay the full price online then bring the product + raincheck receipt to a FS store for a refund of the difference?

I don't know if you can apply an in-store rain cheque to an online order.  You may not be able to do that.

The best thing to do is ask your local customer service desk where you got the rain cheque.  It might even say on the rain cheque itself.

Don't in-store rain checks apply to a specific store and can't even be used at a different location from where it was issued?

It does say "Reedemable only at issuing store",  but I assumed that meant I could only get the discount/refund at that store.  Didn't say anything about ordering online.  I saw another poster had the same question and someone told him he could scan a copy of his raincheck..

They refunded me the difference, so apparently you can apply a raincheck discount to an online order.
