I recently used my PEP to get a new iphone 4s since my iphone 4 became defective. My iphone 4 had a screen protector on it when I exchanged it for the 4s. A few days after exchanging the phone; I found out from another futureshop store that if your old phone had a screen protector, the PEP will also provide you with another screen protector at no cost...
Can somebody clear this up for me and let me know if the PEP does give you free screen protector too? If that is the case, what do I need to do in order to get the free protector from the store because they didn't give me them when I had the phone exchanged...
