Hello,
I was wondering if i want to return an item within the range of 400 to 450$, how would futureshop give the return? In-store*....would it be in cash? Or gift card?

You would get the money back in the same form that you bought the item with. If you used a credit card, it would be applied to the credit card that you bought the item with. Make sure that if you used a card of any kind that you have that exact card with you to process the return.

If i bought it in cash, they would refund in cash right away?

From the Future Shop website:

"Returns with the original receipt will be made to the original method of payment. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts."

I would say that you do get cash if you paid in cash.
