I bought these headphones that broke on the third day and I want to return them for another pair but I'm missing the manual and one earbud so is there a penalty for that??? And if so, how much??
It's hard to say, but I would bring my packaging, receipts and product (as complete as you can get it) back into the store and ask for the exchange. If your headphones are broken, they should be able to do an exchange for you.
I don't think there are partial fees for missing parts. They will either accept the exchange or they won't.
What if they dont accept the exchange??? I really just want to a refund or an exchange... + the headphones are broken so why wouldn't they accept the exchange?By the way, is there a bigger chance that they will accept the exchange or not?
Probably just depends on whats wrong with them. If it's a factory defect, like faulty wiring, They'll likely exchange no problem, missing manual & earbud or not. If it's physical damage, like you stepped on them and snapped something, you're probably on the hook for that
