I have bought a monster solo had red in Toronto downtown future shop on boxing day. I did not check the price careful when I got it. However, when I went home and checking my bank account, you have charge me 282.49 dollars, which is far more from the sale price online even more than original price on the website. Another problem is I can't find my shopping receipt!! But I can show u my account balance to approve what I said. I'm wondering what should I do to fix the problem, because it is really not a good shopping experience.
