Worst customer experience ever...Las t purchase at Future Shop

On Jan 31st I placed a shipment order for a Bose surround sound package from Future shop. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I checked on the 'order status', and saw the prodcut was to be delivered on Feb 2nd, just in time for the Super Bowl weekend. I took the day off to receive an order which never showed up. I called the e-commerce support and was told the product would arrive on feb 3rd. Another day taken off from work...and again no delivery. Spoke to a e-commerce support rep again and was told this time that the delivery would be made on feb 6th. Guess what...no delivery!
Called the so called support team again, and was told the date would be Wednesday. However this time I decided to call Canada Post directly and found out that the package was lost and the Future shop should put in a lost freight claim. The rep at Future Shop refused to open a claim since it hasn't been 5 complete days yet. I asked the rep, if I can cancel the delivery and go into a store and pick up the product. I was told there was no way and I would have to wait for the freight claim to be resolved. Until then, my only option is to wait....
I asked to speak to a supervisor who only read out the 'rule book' to me. I asked to escalate further and was told his manager does not speak to customer, regardless of how upset. The only escalation path I was provided was to send a snail mail letter to the corporate office in B.C. Maybe someone will respond.
The Future Shop support team is rude, unknowledgable and completely unhelpfull. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from any organization, and can truly say this will be the last purchase I ever make from future shop, or recommend them to any family and friends.
Next time I will shop with a retailer that appreciates their customer and not out for a quick sale.
Shoppers beware....

Funny...you customer service supervisor "Sukhi", claims there are not other esclation points. On a side note, probably the rudest customer service supervisor I have ever dealt with.
