Would this hinder my chances of getting a job?

I'm starting to get to the point where I'd like to start looking for a part-time job. I've mainly wanted one here for a long time now but I think my chances are zero. Ever since I was a kid, I've had a lisp. The lisp isn't bad as most people can understand what I say. But on some occasions they can't understand me which really worries me about what actual job oppurtunies are avaliable to me.

So my question is. Would my lisp destroy any chance of me getting a job at Future Shop, or another retail store for that matter.

I don't think it would. I would suggest sending in your application and speaking with the manager of your local Futureshop, the worst that will happen is they say no, so there's nothing to lose.
