anybody home?

I have send them multiple emails about an online order that I didn't receive.

early january, they told me "will contact you in a week"
two weeks later, I email back; I get the same answer ; "will contact you in a week"
All and all, it's been more than a month that I bought a certain product, and I don't have it... and you still have my money.

I can't cancel the payment because it was made with a giftcard.

I need answers. What type of "customer service" is this? It's getting ridiculous and this is not professional.

Answer your emails. it's a basic, normal thing to do when running a business.

You can't ignore unhappy customers, and I know I'm not alone, I lurked the forums before posting.
you have serious customerservice issues.

not sure if this is an automatic message or you simply did not read my post.

I have contacted service@futureshop.com multiple times and they don't answer back.

anyways, thanks for your oh-so-familiar response. I guess I will wait a few more days. Then come back here.

Re: anybody home?

I'm sorry about the response and the inconvenience it has caused you but there is nothing we can do in relations to customer service on the community.

Sorry.

I understand but I'm hoping that by making this publicly visible, someone at futureshop will take actions and maybe improve the customer service department.

I like shopping at FS and will continue to do so (in stores), but the online experience is very frustrating and bad for the company name IMO.

Thank you for your quick replies.
