Sonance products are only sold by companies in the business of installing custom home AV systems, that are authorized by Sonance. Their products are not sold in retail stores. If you know the name of the company that installed the system in your home, I suggest you call them for help. If you don't know who installed the system, I recommend you go to the Sonance web site to find the name and contact number of a Canadian dealer for their products.
