If the order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it by calling Customer Service at 1-800-663-2275.
If the order has already shipped, you'll need to wait for it to arrive at your home. From there, you can call the above number to prepare an RMA and get a refund, or you can print out your invoice and return your product at any Future Shop store. Make sure to do this before the refund period expires -- 30 days for most items, or 14 days for many big-ticket items.
