Hey guys, I'm about to place an order for the Panasonic 50" 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV (TCP50VT20) that's currently on sale that includes a 3D Bluray player and a copy of Avatar in 3D. Will I need a 3D transmitter as well or is that included?

Transmitter is built into the tv. It sounds like the only thing you'll need that you didn't list is an Hdmi cable.

Get a cable that is HMDI 1.4a, 3 will suffice but 1.4a will give you the full potential.
