Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
If you install the TV tuner and have suitable software, you should have no problems doing this. Make sure you check the system requirements for the TV tuner though as some require Windows XP Media Centre Edition, and while some are compatible with Windows Vista (Home Premium Edition), others aren't, so you'll need to check your computer, and check the system requirements of the card you are looking at to make sure your computer can run the card you want.
