BF3 online preorders

Does anyone know if the online preorders are scheduled to be delivered to the door on release day, or if they're shipped out on that day?

Normally it's shipped out on the day of release, but sometimes I get shipping noticification on monday and delievered to my door the next morning. Most of the time it's dependent on the shipping carrier, if they would deliever on time or not. I guess no one really know the answer to that question, It's more about luck than anything else.

I never got a shipping notification...or my pre-order!

I'm not sure I'll be pre-ordering again.

Yes.

But I think Canada Post lost my package. It says that it was delivered but no one was home at that time and says do not safe drop. There was no package or Canada Post slip when I got home. The post office also doesn't have anything on record other than it was delivered successfully.

Yes, they tell me that Futureshop has to put in an inquiry to Canada Post to find out where my package is.

I'm not sure what to do. I'm calling Futureshop now. I really hope they can help me over the phone.

I've been told to wait 3 business days and then call back. I do not understand pre-ordering a game that I do receive until days after it is release. It will be very hard for me to trust pre-ordering again.

I wonder if I'll even get a steelbook with my game...if I ever get it.
