I'm very happy to have seen this news and pre-ordered my own D3 CE, but now I have a question...
I'm seeing that some games aren't shippable to Quebec addresses because of language issues (which, as a francophone, pisses me off, but I digress...).
Any idea how that might affect pre-orders to quebecers? If the restrictions hit this game when shipping starts, will I be told unceremoniously that my pre-order won't be shipped and be left to scour brick-and-mortar stores at the last second, or can exceptions be made in such cases?
