If its an online pre-order then its no. If its in stores pre-order then its most likely yes.

Everytime I've done an online pre-order and then on a later date a bonus was announced I've had to cancel my pre-order and place it again to get the bonus. For some reason FS doesn't grandfather in the pre-order bonus its you get what you get at the time you pre-ordered.

My in store pre-orders have gone better. No matter if I pre-ordered it before or after bonuses were announced I still got the pre-order bonus when I show up at the store and ask them for my pre-order steelbooks.

that's just great, if i want the steelbook then i have to lose my 10% discount coupon. way to screw early adopters, FS!

Hi guys,

Unfortunately the Steelbook is not available for those that pre-order/purchase the Diablo III Collector's edition. Because the Collector's edition is in such limited supply, we wanted to give the core version something unique.

I know this isn't ideal from a customer standpoint, but the Diablo III CE comes with a bunch of cool collectible things.

Nukkus, did you pre-order in store, or was it thre Futureshop.ca?

That's a shame, but I wonder, is there a chance that the first X number of customers who attend a midnight launch might be able to receive a Steelbook, whether they purchase either Standard or Collector's Editions?

Well, if you are able to snag one of the Diablo III CE's at one of the midnight openings, you will be able to get the steelbook; permitting that they have it in stock.

Regardless of stock, if you do purchase a copy of Diablo III between May 15 - 17 you will get a $10 gaming credit coupon for any gaming purchase of $19.99 in June.

Both the Steelbooks, and CEs are in short supply. If you want one or both, make sure you line up early.

Also, the steelbook is a worldwide exclusive

I pre-ordered but I have a Mac. I noticed it says Diablo III (PC) and I'm wondering if the game that's shipping to me is just one disc that is compatible with both PC/Mac, or if I have to pre-order separately somewhere else for the Mac version? If so...I can't find the mac version. Where is it? 0-o

I pre-ordered the regular edition a while back, before the Steelbook was announced. Do I have to cancel my pre-order to receive the Steelbook? I applied a $10 coupon that is no longer available, so I'd be losing $10 for the steelbook if I cancel.
