Hi, today I bought a RAM card (DDR2) on boxing day. When I went to the front desk to purchase it, the lady told me that the packaging was already opened and looked to see if there was another. There wasn't, so she said she can give me $5 off the item and if it doesn't work, it's fine to be returned within 30 days. I said ok, and bought it.
When I went outside to read the reciept, I noticed it was for notebooks, not desktops. I looked at the packaging and there was no RAM card in it. I went inside to ask for a refund and they said they're closed until the 28th.
I was wondering whether or not it's okay to return like this, or will there be complications?
