Hey I haven't recieved my Guild Wars 2 Beta key for my pre-order that I made. 

I have the reciept and everything, but I have yet to recieve a key in the mail (thats what they told me was going to happen)

Can someone maybe help me on this matter? Thanks so much.

I was told in stores that I would recieve the beta key, now over the phone they told me they don't offer the beta keys or the early head-start key. 

This is so stupid, the beta weekend is going to end on Monday and I was hoping that I could jump in it before it ended.

This product on futureshop.ca did not specify it would include any pre-order bonus.

and yet another reason not to pre-order from futureshop. seriously, it's left hand doesn't know what it's right hand is doing 90% of the time. next time I suggest you pre-order from (competitor). it's the same price and your guranteed your pre-order items.
