I have an order placed for the collectors edition of SWTOR and have not received an early access code. So far I have placed 3 calls to customer service who were all very understanding and said they would escalate the problem and I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. So far all I have is a boiler-plate email saying this is a pre-order and that the product will not be shipped until the release date in December.
I'm about to make my 4th call to customer support, are there some magic words I have to use in order that they are able to get a code sent to me?
Sorry to sorta hijack but, rather than create a new thread, I'd thought i post here. I'm in the same boat as well. Pre-ordered SW-TOR couple weeks back and I haven't received my early-access code either.
I've just received an email from FS which appears to be stating they have no collectors edition codes left and that they're giving me a regular edition code instead.
I'm assuming that if I use the regular edition code that when when I actually receive the collectors edition I'll be able to upgrade the account to get the appropriate in game items at that point ?
Dave: According to the SWTOR faq the collector's items are based on your product registration key inside the box. The code FS gives you is just for the early access and the pretty stone =) They'll send your items via in-game mailbox.
