I have preordered World of Warcraft Catacysm collector's edition at 84.99$ and it is now 79.99$. When it is charged will it be for 79.99$?

Sadly some game prices are subject to change but if you ended up paying the full $84.99 and if the retail price will be $79.99 then you'll get the difference back.

I too received an email today saying my credit card is being billed for $84.99 + tax, instead of the $79.99 + tax price.

Will we receive notice of a credit via email?

I would suggest contacting Futureshop's customer service department via email at 

service@futureshop.com or by phone 1-800-663-2275

They can tell you for sure about these sorts of things, and if needed, they can issue a refund or do a price match, whatever is required.
