I can only see Buy now option which will not allow to order due to out of  stock.

could be a website bug, or perhaps because its limited edition you can only order in-store?

As someone mentioned over in this thread, the Collector's Edition of Starcraft II was available to preorder on May 10th.  If it's no longer available online as a preorder, it may be sold out, as there are very limited quantities of the Collector's Edition.  For a definitive answer, try contacting Customer Support: 1-800-663-2275 │ service@futureshop.com
