Alright, I went into my local future shop tonight and physically pre-ordered the standard edition of Star Wars: The Old Republic - I have the pre-order card and what not, but they didn't seem to know a lot about early access codes? Where do I get one, and when?
I too have no idea how/when I will get the pre-access code. I pre-ordered a copy of the game at my local Future Shop store. The clerk seemed confused and wasn't quite sure. He mentioned that maybe pre-orders can be picked up on the 15th and the codes will be given then, but he was just guessing. Can someone from FS confirm that this is the case? I tried to call the 1-800 customer service but was told they could only deal with online purchases and did not know.
I sent an email to the customer service and my reply back was "We have forwarded your request to the appropriate department for further investigation. Please allow 2 business days for a response." That was 9 days ago Sent a reply again today for any updates.....

I'm in the same boat, can someone please help me? I haven't received a response from CS yet... I ordered 2 CE copies back in July and haven't received any pre-order codes or early access codes or anything... just weekly reminders of my web order
