I spoke to customer service and asked them to take note of my complaints about the pre order. I suggest that everybody takes the effort to phone and do the same. Besides writing a physical letter that's probably the most constructive way to handle this.
I'll also be out this afternoon looking for a CE box. If at all possible I intend to cancel and return my FS order if I can find a suitable replacement.
Also, please be polite with the people on the phone as it isn't their fault. The woman I spoke to says she's fielded a lot of complaints today about the preorders and we don't want to make the real person on the end of the phone miserable this close to the holidays.
