Like everyone else here I am also very concerned. 

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition on July 25th, and now worry I'm not even going to get it in time.  My credit card has been charged but no Shipping Notice yet.  There's no way I want to miss out on my Collector's Edition either.  

Still crossing my fingers that I'll get it this week, and hopefully before the 22nd.

Same here. I pre-ordered in September, got the codes, and my card is charged, and no shipping notice. My bet is on tommorow.

If you have Early Game Access and don't have your product code, you can still play until the end of December 22nd.

Why can't they allow preorders to be picked up in store?  Is that really so hard?  I've had so many shipping problems with FS online pre-orders Skyrim was sent to the wrong address and I didn't get it till a week after the release date.

Your a lucky one, I called FS today and they told me that there warehouse hasn't even gotten thier shipment in so i'm hooped for tomorrow morning. I so hope it comes before the grace period is up.

Future Shop's web site now says mine is shipped via Canada Post ground shipping. Hoping to have by the end of the week!

Yea, I too was told I was on Backorder which upsets me that the ordering page doesn't tell you and my emails keeped telling me my order is waiting on a release date. NOTHING is mentioned about being on a backorder. If I knew that I prob would of tried and Ordered somewhere else.

Just got off the phone with Customer Service and apparenlty mine has not been shipped yet and I will receive it up to 6 business days after it is shipped, lovely so looks like I have to either buy another copy, hope to get luck at a retail location and find a Collector's Edition or get locked out of the game till sometime after Christmas. Thank you so much Future Shop I have so enjoyed this shopping experience.

Failtastic.... pre-ordered July 26 and still haven't received any shipping notification email yet, and with ground shipping, even if it were to ship out today, it would be well past the grace period EA set.. and I call shenanigans on not being able to ship out until street date... I had fortunately hedged my bets and ordered 2 CE copies from (competitor) back in July and they started shipping out copies LAST WEEK... and arrived from the states in ONE DAY.

I preordered mine back in early June when they had the E3 promo, and I have yet to see any shipping notice. Futureshop and/or EA Canada really dropped the ball on this one. The early access code was sent out almost two weeks later than competitors, and now it's a few hours before release and the game has yet to be shipped.

just got an email saying my CE shipped, estimated delivery date is December 23rd.
