eCertificates can only be used on online purchases @MickaëlLacroix When you are checking out, there is a spot you can enter it in as payment. There should be directions in the email that was sent to you but in case there aren't, please do call customer service for full detail

During Checking Out, I can only pay with these methods :
- Credit card / PayPal
- Gift Card
- Reward Zone
- Promotional code
I can't use my eCertificate with these methods.

I will contact the CS. I got this error when I'm trying to use it :
We did not recognize the Promotional Code you entered. Please check for accuracy and try again. (0102)
I can't refer to the email because it's look like "Hi Mickael, here is the e-gift certificate : ...". No instruction to help me

I'm having the exact same problem.... There are no instructions in the email, it just says "you must have a Best Buy account" and pretty much just "here is your code", but when I enter that code in the promotional code field, it gives me the error message below:
