Does Vista come with Microsoft Outlook?

no.

outlook is part of microsoft office which is a seperate suite of programs

vista home premium/ultimate does come with microsoft mail which is a way to get e-mail

it also has a contact management program and a calender program,

 if you want outlook you can either buy it seperately or get it as part of office suite, it does not come with the home and student edition.

I'm pretty sure you can get Outlook Express from Microsoft (if it didn't already come pre-loaded) for free.  I think its better that the real deal personally...

Outlook Express has been replaced in Windows Vista by Windows Mail. Windows Mail is pretty much exactly like Outlook Express, but with some added features. I guess Microsoft got tired of people confusing Outlook (which is included only in the Microsoft Office suite) with Outlook Express (which comes preinstalled in Windows XP).

Moreover I knew how it repairs and opens pst files and pst files open,converts your mailbox to separate files or to a file of PST format. To my mind tool is quite good and easy to use...
