How can I tell if this item is a CD package or download?
Also I don't understand what does 30 day warranty labour means for this item? is it same as Symantec's return policy?
Apparently this item is available both in English and French, What should I do to be sure I'm buying an English version?
It is seems to be a very good price, is it really same as buying online from Symantec?
And the last question, offer will end in start of December 8? or end of the day?
I'm a newbie in online Future Shop, thanks for your help ![]()

The system requirement states it needs a drive.... as a result a disc is included.
In reality, after you insert the disk, it still needs to "download" the latest patches and virus signatures.
