Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
Microsoft Picture It! was discontinued before Vista was created, and thus they didn't test for compatibility, and honestly, most older software is not compatible with Windows Vista. You can try to run it as an administrator and use Compatibility Mode, but I wouldn't put much hope into getting it to work properly on Vista.
