I was just wondering what is the $10 game credit that is advertised on the website? I have L.A Noire preordered for a while and dont know how to get in on this promotion. Need some clarification

If you wanted an official response from any member of Futureshop you would contact their customer service department via email at service@futureshop.com or by phone 1-800-663-2275 rather than using these peer to peer forums

i had just thought that if i ask here then all the customers would also benifit, i am on the phone right now with customer service, lets see what they say

soo the csr said that the $10 credit will be applied to my credit card 3-5 business days after receiving my game... awesome ... although i wonder how this works with people who use cash in store

From my understanding, it was a coupon given out after the purchase of L.A. Noire and it's to be appied on future titles (correct me if i'm wrong, since I only glanced over it briefly...but if you can make a call to a in-store rep, they should be able to tell you the full details *if they are unsure, ask them nicely to check their retail gateway 'plays' for details). There was a date specified for when the coupon to be used, but I don't really remember from the top of my head. I assume same conditions would apply for online orders as well?

I'll update later in the week when I get more details.

There should be a coupon code on your reciept when you purchase the game.

i bought my copy online and there is no code on my receipt ...
