Just an update post:

Had my grandmother try and order ME3 for me , she got the same error as I did. Decided to call customer support, turns out the guy got the same exact error I did. Wrote out some form so I would be guranteed one or something to that effect, and I am now waiting on a call back

4 days ago I emailed support asking for, well, support.

Yesterday I called asking for support.

Neither option helped me. Do I have to BEG to get help so I can preorder a game?

I get the error after I hit "I agree" at the age verficiation part.

I called my grandma and had her try, she got the error.
I called futureshop support, the guy got the exact same error.

Email support is unhelpful at present, said it was my java - I updated - same error.
Said it was my cookies - I cleared them - same error.

All they do now is tell me its my cookies, or to phone - which I have done.

So, Godwin, do you have any other ideas? I cant order a thing off the store and I dont know what the issue could be, and it seems neither does support.

While I get that error frequently, it's never that consistent.. I'd try another browser, another computer, and creating another account.

TripleQ, it seems using another account worked. Wish support would of told me that a week ago, and now I gotta figure out whats wrong with that account lol

Tried chrome, firefox, my pc, and my mothers PC: And using a different account I have, though I forgot my password so I lost all my previous orders on it, and I get past the "I agree" field. What the hell? Thanks man, may just have to order it now.

EDIT: Week of trying to be able to order pretty much forced my and ordered it.

Faenix1 - you can pre-order this title in store. Not sure what the error is on your side but we have seen a steady pre-order amount daily online.

No Godwin. I cant just "go to a store and preorder", cause the futureshop support (phone and email) are not capable of helping me, just to get a steelbook - that would be like paying for the steelbook cause I'm going out of my way an hour or so.

But I see its continuing to be a "my side" thing even though both accounts are being used by the same computer, my grandma had issues, the phone support guy had issues, my primary account had an issue, yet my secondary account works fine? That makes no sense.

But I'm done with this, I got what I wanted.

Not sure what the error occurred Faenix1, apologies if the web pre-order did not work for you.

It would be a huge red flag for us if there were more customers that are having issues...anyone else?

I get that error every few times I use the site.. but it usually goes away after awhile.  It's always happened since the site got redesigned 2-3 (?) years ago.
